Shipping policy

OVESSACO (a brand of YUMYGUMMY LLC) ships orders from fulfillment facilities in the United States.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for some carriers; if this applies to your order we will contact you.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (after discounts, before taxes).
- Orders under $50: standard shipping is a flat $5.95. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery times

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MT or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day. Total estimated delivery time for most orders is 4–10 business days.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Delays, lost or damaged packages
Carrier delays can occasionally happen, especially during holidays or severe weather. If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will send a free replacement or a full refund — see our Refund Policy.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
